I recently stayed at Hilton Brisbane and found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The service was excellent, with friendly staff going above and beyond. and the location couldn't be better, right near the Queen Street Mall. However, the rooms felt a bit dated and would benefit from a refurbishment, which was a letdown considering the hotel's reputation.

The facilities included a lovely pool and a good gym, which I appreciated. However, I found the shower pressure a bit lacking and the air conditioning too loud for my taste.

My stay at Hilton Brisbane was quite a mixed experience. On one hand, the location was fantastic, right near Queen Street Mall, making it easy to explore the city. On the other hand, the room felt outdated and the amenities didn’t match the price. Despite a few hitches, the service was generally excellent, with staff going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

The King Room was clean and comfortable, yet it felt rather tired and in need of an update. The furniture was run down, and the TV options were quite limited.

I had a decent stay at Hilton Brisbane, thanks to its prime location right near Queen Street Mall and other attractions. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome, but I did notice that the facilities appeared a bit dated, which detracted from the overall experience. I also found some room issues that needed attention, like the Wi-Fi and some bathroom facilities. Overall, it has potential but could use some upgrades and improvements.

The executive room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, but the overall furnishings seemed a bit old and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom had a few issues, like a leaking shower head and water getting on the floor.

The staff were friendly and eager to help, which made for a pleasant experience, but I felt like certain services, like the breakfast coffee charge for Diamond members, could be better.

My stay at Hilton Brisbane was a mix of highs and lows. While the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially when I fell ill, I found some aspects lacking. The room's cleanliness wasn't up to par, and the check-in process was frustratingly slow. Overall, it had great potential but also significant room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
Though my room was comfortable, I noticed it felt dated compared to other 5-star hotels in Brisbane. The bed was a bit short, which was a concern for my family, but the overall comfort was decent.
Service
10.0

Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, with direct access to Queen Street Mall, making shopping incredibly convenient. I loved being in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and tourist attractions.
Dining
6.0
While the dining options were adequate, they weren’t quite what I expected from a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was on the pricier side for what was offered, and there were some minor issues with food temperature.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were what you'd expect, offering standard services like room service and valet parking. However, I wish some amenities could improve to match the luxury aspect that the Hilton brand is known for.
